David “Chef Dave” Feimster—widely known as “Sushi Dave”—is a hospitality executive, award-winning chef, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Men On Pause. But of every title he has earned, “Dad” is the one he values most.
His career spans more than three decades, taking him from Scottsdale to Wolfgang Puck’s ObaChine and Spago, Hawaii, New York City, and ultimately Charlotte. Today, Dave serves as Director of Operations for Fahrenheit while overseeing and holding ownership interests across a diverse culinary portfolio that includes upscale restaurants, luxury dining experiences, and high-volume stadium concepts. A winner of Food Network’s Guy’s Grocery Games, he is also the creator of The Sushi Dave Experience, an exclusive private omakase and destination-dining concept.
On Men On Pause, Dave brings a direct, no-nonsense perspective shaped by fatherhood, business, health, reinvention, and more than 30 years in demanding hospitality environments.
Dion “Rocko” Williams is a NASCAR veteran, broadcaster, former collegiate athlete, father, and co-founder of Men On Pause.
A two-year starting inside linebacker at Wake Forest University, Dion earned a degree in communications before bringing his athleticism and competitive mindset to NASCAR. During more than 13 years on pit road, he worked with organizations including Chip Ganassi Racing, Richard Petty Motorsports, and Hendrick Motorsports. His career included 16 NASCAR Cup Series victories and a place on Jeff Gordon’s legendary No. 24 team.
Dion later brought his experience to broadcasting as a co-host for Motor Racing Network and has appeared on television, including Undercover Boss. He has also helped mentor the next generation through NASCAR’s Drive for Diversity program. On Men On Pause, Dion brings leadership, humor, family perspective, and rare behind-the-scenes insight into teamwork, pressure, reinvention, and life beyond the racetrack.
